دوازدهه

Duodenum : Is the first section of the small intestine.It is divided anatomically into four sections: The first (superior) part is a continuation from the pylorus . The second (descending) part begins at the superior duodenal flexure. It goes inferior to the lower border of vertebral body L3. The third (horizontal) partis 10~12 cm in length. It begins at the inferior duodenal flexure and passes transversely to the left. The fourth (ascending) part passes upward, joining with the jejunum at the duodenojejunal flexure

قسمت اول روده¬ی کوچک است. از نظر آناتومیکی به چهار قسمت تقسیم می شود:قسمت اول (فوقانی) در امتداد پیلور قرار دارد. قسمت دوم (نزولی) از خم دئودنال فوقانی شروع می شود و تا قسمت تحتانی تنه ال ۳ ادامه دارد. قسمت سوم (افقی) حدود ۱۲-۱۰ سانتی متر طول دارد و از خم دئودنال تحتانی آغاز شده و به سمت چپ می رود. قسمت چهارم (صعودی) به سمت بالا حرکت کرده و در خم دئودنوژژنال به ژژنوم متصل می شود
