عصب رادیال

Radial nerve:
It originates from the posterior cord of brachial plexus, carrying fibers from the ventral roots of spinal nerves C5, C6, C7, C8 & T1. The radial nerve and its branches provide motor innervation to the dorsal arm muscles (the medial and lateral heads of the triceps brachii muscle and the anconeus) and the extrinsic extensors of the wrists and hands; it also provides cutaneous sensory innervation to most of the back of the hand, except for the back of the little finger and adjacent half of the ring finger.

این عصب از طناب خلفی شبکه بازویی منشأ گرفته و دارای فیبرهایی از ریشه های قدامی اعصاب نخاعی پنجم گردنی تا اول سینه ای است
عصب رادیال و شاخه های آن عضلات پشتی بازو (سرهای داخلی و خارجی عضله سه سر بازویی و آنکونئوس) و بازکننده های مچ و دست را عصب دهی می کنند. همچنین حس بیشتر قسمتهای پشت دست بجز خلف انگشت کوچک و قسمت مجاوراز انگشت حلقه را تامین می کند
