Hypoglossal nerve (CN XII):
Is the twelfth cranial nerve, and innervates all the extrinsic and intrinsic muscles of the tongue, except for the palatoglossus. The hypoglossal nerve arises as a number of small rootlets from the front of the medulla

دوازدهمین عصب مغزی است و تمام عضلات داخلی و خارجی زبان را به جز پالاتوگلوس عصب دهی می کند. عصب زیرزبانی توسط تعدادی ریشه کوچک از جلوی بصل النخاع خارج می شود
